Sports co-editor Sarah Ruth Clark is a junior at Rose, and this is her third semester involved in journalism. Sarah Ruth has always loved writing and especially journalism. She was introduced to journalism in elementary school, where she got to see the cycle it takes to create a newspaper. Since then, she has been looking forward to joining. Each year, Sarah Ruth loves the opportunities to connect with fellow classmates at her school and write about their stories. Some extracurriculars she is involved in are lacrosse, Health Science Academy, HOSA and is Student Body Treasurer of the Student Government Association. Outside of school, she enjoys traveling, listening to music, hanging out with her friends, and watching sports with her family. Sarah Ruth is excited for this semester in journalism, to collaborate with her classmates, continue to improve her writing skills, and help new staff writers excel in journalism!
